  • Page Name: e.g., “Home”, “FAQs”, “Product Page - Custom Hoodie”

  • Blog Post: If related to a blog, include the blog post title and where in the post you see the issue

4. Issue Description:
Provide a detailed explanation of the problem. Be specific about what you expected to see vs. what you're seeing.
